I am in LA. Since the Hanson Tour I have been walking in a dream. Justin Bieber and Scooter Braun have signed me to School Boy Records. I can’t explain the last week to you. Flights, photos, interviews and the constant worry that it’s all too good to be true. It has required deep breaths. With me now… in 1,2,3…and out 1,2,3.

Last night I met everyone and it finally became real. Scooter had us to dinner at his LA mansion (think Entourage… but even swankier) and after smores roasted on the outdoor fire we drove down to the studio to meet Justin. First impression: Justin is a charmer. He has more talent in his pinky finger than most people have altogether. He is also extremely passionate about music and I LOVE that. There was a real family vibe in the studio. They immediately threw me into the booth to try a duet with him. And somehow, miraculously sound came out when I opened my mouth to sing. Today we head to Interscope to meet the rest of the team.

In 1,2,3…. and out 1,2,3.

Dear Diary

Toronto rocked my socks off. The Phoenix is a rad venue. Red and black floor to ceiling paintings… Very sexy.

Then we flew to Montreal and played a gorgeous theatre called Corona Theatre. The last show of a tour always makes me a little sad but nothing that a surprise visit from my friends couldn’t fix! (Thanks for that.) Together we had one last swoon over the Hanson boys. They just ooze talent and charm.

Now I’m back in Toronto for a week of press. Curiosity the EP hits stores on Valentines Day. I draw back my Cupid bow and point it your way. These songs are for you!

Dear Diary – Only Three More Shows?

Dear Diary,

I don’t want it to end. I like every part of touring Canada with Hanson. The freezing but friendly cities, the late night music debates and the side stage dance parties to mmmmmmmbop! Tav caught me tonight. Heres a small, awkward clip.
